Da Vinci Code

the book Da Vinci Code of Dan Brown has been the talk of the town.. no, I mean the talk of the country... it has been in the news and the church has been so defensive about it... which made the book and the movie to invite more people since it has opened the peoples curiousity…
it made it more intriguing…
well, they say it’s a faith buster…

but in my case, its not… I have read the book and it was really good.. I love the story… I love the twist of the story.. Dan brown is a good writer.. I love the Adventures of Robert Langdon…

anyway, not everything in the book are facts and accurate.. of course its just a novel it’s a fiction…

although Brown has admitted that all descriptions of artwork, architecture, documents, and secret rituals in this novel are accurate I say its not

I have read from the readers digest May issue that the window the CR where Sophie Nevue threw that soap with the detector doesn’t exist.. and the bars in the louvre that Sauniere used to supposedly trap his attacker doesn’t exist… and the candelabra Silas used to destroy the roseline in Saint Sulpice church is too heavy the a singly man cant carry it…   which means that not everything is accurate..

Also I have watched the Da Vinci Code Declassified in the Discovery Channel and found out more contradictions to the book.. like, the vinegar cant really destroy a papyrus.. papyrus is strong.. an acid can destroy a papyrus if a papyrus is soaked for several hours..
That blood line the book was talking about was just made up by Plantard who called himself the grand master of Priory of Sion… it was not really the record of Jesus’  blood line…

Before I have read the book, I have heard people talking about it that it says about Da Vinci being gay and about Jesus married to Mary Magdalene… but there’s no proof about it….

Alright, Dan Brown said that Da Vinci was a Feminist.. made the Monalisa looks male in the right side and female on the left… how could he know that? When he wasn’t even there when Da Vinci painted it… well, its just his idea, his interpretation of the painting but we are not sure what’s Da Vinci’s interpretation.. that’s in humanities, we can make our own interpretation… I leaned from the Da Vinci Code Decalssified in the Discovery Channel that Da Vinci Didn’t really use the Divine proportion to all his paintings…

U see, don’t just believe in everything you have read or seen in the movie.. u have to do some research or crave for more facts… you cant just trust novels and books those are just fictions…
Although the novel was a little faulty, I still cant wait to see the movie… I just love its twists and adventures… I love the Book Da Vinci Code as much as I love the book
Angels and Demons by Dan Brown….
